Attorney Bartlett graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with honors in 1981 and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar Association that same year. He received a Masters Degree in the field of Nutritional Biochemistry in 1974 and worked in that field prior to obtaining his law degree. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
